nqrah design is the interior design studio of nqrah. We design residential interiors and hand each project over with its full drawing set, a 3D model you can walk through, and a private online portal for the owner, the consultant and the contractor.

How we work

  1. Brief

    We meet, review the space and agree on the brief, the rooms and the scope of work.

  2. Design

    Concept, materials and renders for each space, reviewed together until you approve them.

  3. Drawings

    The approved design is drawn as a coordinated set of plans, ceilings and elevations.

  4. Handover

    Drawings, the 3D model and schedules are published to your private portal and kept current.

Every client project gets its own password-protected portal. Each person sees only the project and the files their role allows.

Questions

How is a project priced?

Each project is priced on its own, once we understand the brief, the area and the scope. Send a request below and we will reply with a proposal.

Do I need AutoCAD to open the drawings?

No. Every sheet is available as a PDF that opens in any browser. DWG and DXF files are provided for consultants and contractors.

Can the drawings be used on site?

Yes, for coordination with the contractor. As with any design set, dimensions should be checked on site before anything is fabricated.

Is my project kept private?

Yes. Your project lives in a password-protected portal that only the people you authorise can open.
